Installation of temporary boundary fencing - Western Sydney Airport

Temporary fencing installation around The Western Sydney Airport site boundary will begin on Tuesday 15 January 2019. This fencing will provide a delineation between the Western Sydney Airport Site and the public.

Upcoming works include: 

delivery of materials to site
site surveying
vegetation clearing
installation of concrete footings
installation of temporary fencing
Work will be staged with the first stage of installation being along The Northern Road, starting from the southern end of Eaton Road, Luddenham.

All works are being carried out by JNC Group.

The fence will be installed around the Western Sydney Airport site which is from the intersection of Lawson Road and Elizabeth Drive, Badgerys Creek to Oaky Creek, to the Northern Road, Luddenham.

Traffic changes on local roads

Traffic control and pedestrian management will be in place to ensure the safety of motorists, residents and workers. Construction vehicles will be using The Northern Road, Badgerys Creek Road and Elizabeth Drive as we carry out these works.

Measures will be in place to minimise impacts and make every effort to minimise disruption to you during the work. These include temporary speed zones, traffic controllers and temporary barriers around work areas.

If you travel along the route, please allow extra travel time and follow the signage and direction of traffic controllers.
